The VivyShot website is primarily informational. We do not claim cloud account features, synchronized user storage, or hosted project services unless those features are explicitly released and documented.
3. App Data
VivyShot is intended to perform screenshot capture, editing, and export workflows primarily on your device. Depending on the release, the app may store projects, annotations, and export settings locally on your Mac.
4. Support Requests
If you contact support, we receive the information you send us, such as your email address, device details, screenshots, logs, and reproduction notes. We use that information only to respond to your request and improve the product.
5. Purchases
If official VivyShot binaries are distributed through Apple’s App Store, billing is handled by Apple. We do not receive your full payment details.
